Tutorial Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: GBP23,043 per annum (subject to a Cost-of-Living review in August 2022)
Hours: 35 hours per week (exclusive of meal breaks); requests for part-time/flexible working will be considered
Contract Type: Fixed-term, 12 months* (subject to three months' probation)
Location: Cambridge
*This post is temporary, covering the maternity leave of the current post-holder. It is available as a fixed term contract for one year or until the return of the current post holder (whichever is sooner).
Selwyn College wishes to appoint a Tutorial Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join the College's busy Tutorial Office. A team player, the post holder will be responsible for administration concerning undergraduates and for general administrative and secretarial support within the Tutorial Office.
Applicants must have a meticulous eye for detail and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and IT skills. To be successful in the role the ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with students, Fellows, Staff, and visitors to the College is essential.
There is the opportunity for salary progression through performance-based increments, and salaries will be subject to a Cost-of-Living review on 1st August 2022. In addition, the College offers excellent benefits including an occupational pension scheme and subsidised meals.
