Complaints Coordinators Needed!

Are you an experienced complaints handler that is looking for a new challenge? Do you have a flair for communication?

OA are recruiting for an international business, who are a fast paced and growing, for two Complaints Coordinators to join on a temp to perm basis. You will be based in the clients offices at Priory Business Park, Bedford and will work 8am to 4.30 pm and 8.30am to 5pm on a rotating basis.

The salary for this role is: GBP24,000 pa which equates to GBP11.54 ph during the temporary period.

Working within a team environment you will helping to ensure that the business is efficient, effective and maintains high standards. The Complaints Coordinators are the first point of contact for customer complaints and monitor the progress of complaints whilst delivering high levels of customer service (both external and internal)

Duties & responsibilities include:

Answering calls in a timely fashion.
Ensuring that complaints are responded to in line with standards.
Keep the Complaints inbox up to date, log all complaints through accurate & timely data entry and administration.
Meeting & maintaining standards of operation via monitoring the internal complaints system.
Work with colleagues to ensure that the complaints handling processes are clear and adhered to.
Continuous improvement of the complaints handling processes.
Assist in the production of month reports.
Assist with Annual Customer Audits.
