IT Applications Developer

The Vacancy

We are currently looking for an IT Applications Developer to join at one of our locations. Reporting to the IT Applications & Development Manager, IT Applications Developer is a part of the IT Applications & Development team and is responsible for contributing to the creation and maintenance of RWK Goodman's application, systems, integrations and data solutions in line with business and client requirements. We are currently embarking on our 3-year IT strategy and there are some great opportunities for this role to contribute to the success of this.

Key Responsibilities

* Development and implementation of the Peppermint Technology's CX365 product, built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

* Support the identification, investigation and resolution of BAU incidents and issues, specifically working with the IT Service Desk and its standards, processes and procedures.

* Ensure that application, data and integrations are solutions are fit-for-purpose and aligned with development/architectural principles, standards and roadmaps

* Manage, develop and support the firm's applications, data and integrations estate.

Skills and competence required

* 3+ years' experience in software development

* Excellent CRM Dynamics development knowledge essential

* Good Knowledge using C#, .NET, .NET Framework, Web API, and SQL Server

* Exposure to front-end tech such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS

* Data management, modelling and development (PowerBI)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Knowledge

* A customer centric and service focused individual

* Previous experience working in technical development role

* Comfortable with working as the SME for the applications and data estate

* Knowledge of development environments and teams, including good coding and security practises

* Experience of working within a multi-faceted technology full-stack environment, including hardware, operating systems, applications, data, and integrations

* Knowledge of Change Management

* Ability to work under pressure and at pace, including multi-delivery work streams

* Ability to interface and communicate at the business/customer level

* Professional certifications, past or present, would be an advantage

* IT related Degree or equivalent is highly desirable, but not essential
