SEN Teacher**
* Weston-super-mare
* KS1 and KS2
* GBP110-GBP130 per day
The school I am working with is located in the town if Weston-super-mare, the school is a Special education needs school and offer education to a variety of students needs including SEMH a ASD. They are really welcoming school, with their values being inclusion and diversity.
They are very passionate about giving the students equal opportunities to achieve their best and improve as individuals academically and socially. As a school that offer education to so many students with different needs, the staff are very adaptable with their methods in order to suit each individual. Although they follow a curriculum, they like to bring lots of creativity into their lessons that help keep the students motivated.
The head teacher is looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teacher, that is naturally approachable and has the ability to adapt to students needs. Your role will be to lead the students in lessons in a math's and English mainly, but would also do a mix of other subjects to. As a SEN Teacher for KS1 and KS2, you will be expected to do some pastoral work with smaller groups of students.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

* Patient and resilient to challenging behaviors
* Creative and flexible with your methods

* Experienced working with students with additional needs and hold QTS
