Role: Operations Manager - Event Parking and Traffic Management
Location: East Region (Cambridge/Suffolk) to include Greater London - extensive regional travel to Client venues
Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP36,0000 per annum based on experience
Working Hours: 5 out of 7 days, flexible approach to working hours essential

Our client specialises in providing services to both venues and static sites including Car Parking, Internal and External Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) Solutions, Security, Stewarding, Cash & Audit and Consultancy Services. Whilst their range of services has grown, Car Park/Traffic Management, HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) and Security/Stewarding represent their core areas of expertise. They set out on their first event contract in 1994. Since those early days they've added numerous prestigious clients to their portfolio and now provide a range of services to some of the UK's most memorable sporting and entertainment events and venues.
They are seeking an ambitious individual, eager to take the next step in their operational management career to join them on a permanent basis.
About the role:
You will be involved in providing traffic and parking management to allocated contracts and events predominately within the East Region ensuring an exemplary operational service is delivered within budget and in accordance with CSP's mission, strategy and objectives. You will be supporting their Senior Operations Team and other operational managers in the operational planning, delivery and review of all events and upon handover, ensuring that all events are efficiently forward-planned, that the operations check-lists are adhered to, and that all event documentation, staff resource and logistical requirements are prepared in advance and in accordance with budget.
Developing and nurturing strong, effective, professional relationships with all allocated clients and other key operational contacts to ensure that their expectations are met.
About you:
You will be able to demonstrate a track record within the events, traffic management or facilities management industry and have a flexible approach to working hours and travel. You will also have had some management experience of a zero hours workforce having managed teams in previous roles. Ideally, you will have sporting venue experience and relevant qualifications. You must have a full, clean UK driving license, event and/or traffic management experience and qualifications such as Chapter 8 (SLG), Chapter 12D and awareness of the CSAS is preferable but not essential.
