Sales Coordinator
Internal Sales Executive / Service & Aftersales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive / Internal Sales Engineer / Sales Coordinator required to join a manufacturer in Sheffield. The Service & After Sales Coordinator will be office-based and support order processing, quotations, stock queries, customer support and technical information.
My client manufactures solutions used by OEMs in the Oil & Gas, Valve & Pump, Aerospace, Food, and pharmaceutical industries. You'll be joining the aftersales team dealing with UK customers.
A background in internal sales, customer service or sales support within engineering / manufacturing will be of particular interest. Engineering Graduates looking for their first position will be interest also.

Circa GBP21,000 depending on experience
20 days of holidays plus bank holiday and Christmas shutdown

Receiving and managing inbound calls and emails
Dealing with customer, including industrial OEMs in Oil & Gas, Valve & Pump, Aerospace, Food, Pharma industries
Support customers with order processing, quotations, stock queries, customer support and technical information
Proactively identify new opportunities with current customers for the business development team to follow up
Quoting customers with the intent of winning profitable business
Sales quotation and order processing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Liaise with various engineering departments
Office based in Sheffield
Requirements
Proven experience as an Internal Sales Executive / Service & Aftersales Coordinator / Customer Service Executive / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer or similar sales support role within engineering / manufacturing
An engineering Graduate looking for a Trainee Aftersales Engineer role will be of particular interest
Any engineering qualification would be a benefit
Must be commutable to Sheffield
