Location: Harlow
Monday - Friday
Toolmaker required for a growing manufacturing/technology business based in Harlow. You will be working with a stable manufacturing business who pride themselves on providing a high quality service to customers and staff.
Day to Day
* Maintaining tool moulds
* Manufacturing tool components
* Updating documentation
* Servicing, repairing and modifying tool moulds
* Providing technical support
* Liaising with external toolmakers
* Assembling, fitting, repairing tools & Operating crane
* Reading and interpreting blueprints
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience within a similar position
* A strong manufacturing background in a mechanical focused role
* Due to the location of the premises, you must be a driver
* Experience in the use of machinery such as lathes, drills, grinding, milling, spark eroding etc
* Accurate bench hand skills, welding & Polishing.
* Using precision measurement instruments such as micrometres, gauges and Vernier callipers
