We’re now looking for a Group ConnectWise Administrator to join our team and help us deliver great results for our clients.

The Role

As a Group ConnectWise Administrator, you will ensure that the Group ConnectWise MANAGE estate and the data within is managed, documented and improved to the highest standard.

In this key role, you will take ownership of the ConnectWise Instances across the Group, focusing on both integration into the group system and also the maintenance of the system in BAU.

You will handle a range of BAU admin tasks in the ConnectWise MANAGE system including change and requests, utilisation improvement, troubleshooting and resolving system errors and 3rd party integration (APIs).

Additionally, you will:

- Work with teams and stakeholders to develop rules for ConnectWise MANAGE data management
- Manage the delivery of the agreed alignment and data cleansing activities
- Define and implement an on-going data management monitoring system

About You

To be considered as a Group ConnectWise Administrator, you will need:

- Extensive experience of all attributes of ConnectWise MANAGE
- A thorough understanding of the set-up tables and the impact each has on business processes
- A solid understanding of the product catalogue, categories/subcategories and the graphics library
- Experience in writing technical copy to a draft standard or above
- Knowledge of managed services methodologies
- Key stakeholder engagement and management abilities
- A strong understanding of the MSP industry and its infrastructure systems
- The proven ability to manage and mitigate risks related to ConnectWise MANAGE configuration and data management and/or manipulation
- The ability to work with virtual teams in multiple geographically diverse locations
- Excellent troubleshooting and issue management skills
- A high degree of flexibility including out of hours and weekend working
