We are the Credit Risk Monitoring product IT team. An ensemble of highly motivated individuals who own the Credit Risk Behavioural IT systems. These systems provide core and critical functions and data to Risk, Sales, Customer servicing, Underwriting, Modelling, MI, Regulatory reporting, and Analytics applications throughout the Bank.
Our services span across Retail and Corporate customers covering almost every product range. Our suite of applications includes components built in-house and proprietary third-party software from well know providers using a wide range of technology.

Leading projects, analysis work and deputising for manager.
Consulting with all levels of stakeholders
Managing yours and others workload to deliver specific objectives with a flexible, 'can do' attitude and a strong sense of initiative and ownership
Delivering quality, individually or as a collaborator, with a holistic view of all project deliverables
Analysing and documenting using current and relevant toolsets and techniques
What you'll bring.
Proven track record in business/technical analysis, leading team(s) with the ability to learn fast and work calmly under pressure
Strong communication/interpersonal skills and able to manage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to take ownership and drive forward
Able to work alone or in a team contributing to a collective target
Working knowledge of technologies such a DBs (SQL) and Big Data
Knowledge of Agile techniques complemented with Confluence and Jira
It would also be nice for you to have.
Credit Risk knowledge
Extended experience in Big Data, APIs. Linux, DevOps, Agile
Extended 'other' Financial business and/or technical experience
AWS experience

Our tech stack covers both new and legacy technologies. The journey to remove legacy is well underway with most applications being Big Data, API, third party and coming very soon, AWS.
As part of this journey, we value up-skilling the entire team. To this end, we are seeking candidates who will contribute to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning.
