Role Info:
Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader
Swindon
GBP27,000
Hours: 40 hours per week
Scope: To assume responsibility for the day to day running of the Southern Based Unit
Responsible to: Logistics Manager
Responsible for: Drivers, Warehouse Operatives South

Key Duties:
Staffing:
+ Ensure we are fully staffed for allocated shifts. (Employee or Temp Agency)
+ Communicate staffing with the Logistics Administrator so Salesforce can be updated.
Event Stand Installations:
+ Ensure the correct collateral is selected.
+ Support with driving.
+ Ensure all set ups from your team are checked In.
+ Have final sign off with stand set up for your drivers.
+ Carry out any additional tasks at events directed by the Logistics Manager or Senior Management Team.
Management and leadership:
+ Clear communication of Company values, processes, and policies.
+ Monthly review meetings during probationary period.
+ Quarterly review meetings after successful passing of probationary period.
+ 1-2-1 meetings with each direct report.
+ Communicating risk assessments and H&S updates.
Warehouse/Unit:
+ Ensure all inventory is stored correctly.
+ Report any damage to inventory immediately to the Logistics Administrator and the Logistics Manager.
+ Maintain any collateral that is feasible to repair/paint.
Vehicles
+ Ensure Pre and Post vehicle checks are completed by your staff.
+ Report any damage to the Logistics Manager immediately.
+ Communicate any extra vehicle requirements to the Logistics Administrator.
