On behalf of a Distribution client in Andover, M4 Recruitment are seeking Warehouse Team Leader for an immediate start for a permanent position.
As a Team Leader, main duties would be as follows:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To check customers outbound deliveries and products creating an environment that ensures customers can rely upon 100% accuracy and timely dispatch of finished goods placed in our care
• To always work in a way that safeguards both your personal safety and the safety of all who work in the warehouse
• Accurate completion of all out bound and inbound load paperwork
• Other tasks in support of the warehouse operation as directed/requested.
• Responsible for highlighting any potential quality issues, including hygiene and damage issues to your Manager.
• Completion of necessary process control and quality documented records, in a timely manner (QC Checks)
This role requires someone reliable and hard worker who is prepared to commit.
You will require both Flexi and Counter Balance Forklift Licence
Monday to Friday plus overtime available you want extra hours
Rotation shifts
6AM TO 2PM 1 week
2PM TO 10PM 1 week
Pay rate GBP12.18 to GBP24.36
