We are looking for a QC Supervisor for a company based just outside Saffron Walden. You will supervise site QC activities ensuring completion of the daily testing of raw materials, finished products and NPD samples. You will need to report when materials are non-conforming and validate cleaning in plant (ATP swabs, Allergen tests, HPLC Verification).
Requirements
* Numerate and Literate
* Good communication skills
* Scientific qualification (GCSE / BTEC)
* Experience in analytical testing solution preparation, pipetting, extractions, titration
* Daily use of HPLC equipment, including troubleshooting and completion of different methods as required (drug assay and impurities)
* Competent in lab equipment usage/calibration (HPLC, Pipettes, Balances, GC-MS)
* Familiar with laboratory safety procedures (HandS, RA, audits, etc)
* Driving Licence with own transport
