Summary

Working in team providing general accounting duties in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Credit control

* Generating reports for management

* Dealing with customers and suppliers

* Daily cash reconciliation

* Processing purchase ledger invoices

* Bank reconciliation

* Generating customer invoices

* Posting customer receipts

* Processing supplier's payments

* Vat returns

* Processing customers' orders from internet and phone enquiries

* General office duties

Skills and experience

* Experience in a similar role

* AAT part qualified or QBE

* Knowledge of Sage

* MS Office, particularly Excel

* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
