D&R Partners are currently on the lookout for a Brand Manager to join our clients rapidly expanding team. Our client has achieved great success since they began lending, which has allowed them to secure the position as market leader within their industry.
They now have over 600 members of staff and are consistently taking on new talent to train and develop. They are currently keen to onboard a new Brand Manager, who will take ownership of the planning and delivery of the brand activity.
The Brand Manager will take on responsibilities such as:
* Support the Brand & Communications Lead
* Manage the creation and execution of comprehensive brand plans
* Manage the delivery of all brand projects
* Deliver accurate briefs to the design studio
* Accountable for creative tone of voice, visual identity, production and sponsorship.
* Responsible for creative direction
* Responsible for brand spend and marketing budget
The Brand Manager will possess qualities such as:
* Leadership skills with the ability to prioritise in-line with business goals
* Experience running successful branded marketing campaigns
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to present at a high level
* Ability to manage multiple projects
* Strong commercial knowledge and experience with managing budgets
* Ideal knowledge of the lending/real estate market
