CV Screen is currently recruiting for an Account Manager with excellent service delivery skills to join our loyal team of experienced recruiters. Based in Amersham (although currently we are operating part office, partly at home), you will work on live vacancies from day one, and there's no cold calling required due to the amount of repeat business we generate. We have a superb office with a Beach Hut as a meeting room, Table Football, Dartboard, JukeBox and a relaxed working environment.
In terms of salary, we are looking at a basic salary of up to GBP24,000, with a fantastic commission scheme providing you with a great opportunity to earn in excess of GBP45,000 in Year 1. The experienced Recruiters within the business typically earn more than GBP60,000, and excellent prospects exist for the successful candidate.
Your role will involve advertising vacancies, interviewing candidates and organising interviews and offers. This role is very much about service delivery and account management, so excellent relationship building skills are required. The ideal candidate will have experience within a Recruitment role (ideally a resourcer looking to take on more responsibility).

What are we looking for?
The Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager will ideally have the following skills / qualifications:
- Has previously worked in a Recruitment environment in either a Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant / Internal Recruiter or Service Delivery role.
- Educated to Degree Level (Subjects of particular interest would be Sports Science, Geography, Economics, Human Resources, Business Studies or Marketing) but we'll consider all Subjects (providing you've got an interest in a career in Recruitment)
- Excellent communication skills and strong Account Management abilities.
- Strong organisational skills are essential.

Salary
Up to GBP24,000 + Commission (realistic OTE is GBP45k in Year 1 and GBP55k in Year 2).
