Office Administrator - GBP18,000 - GBP19,500 basic + holidays + statutory holidays + pension + training
PERMANENT Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

Due to their continued success and expansion, they are now seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join their dynamic team and their expanding business.
There is also excellent career progression based on performance.
Role
* Working within the admin team dealing with all customer queries and issues via telephone and email.
* Liaising daily with the engineers and other staff members, booking and coordinating work.
* Reviewing customer SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and booking all relevant work within the agreed timescales.
* Raising purchase orders and quotations.
* Providing excellent account management and customer service to client's.
* Organising cover and training for the engineers.
* Completing all service administrator duties required; logistics, coordination, customer delivery, dealing with client's, working closely with the engineers and internal staff.
Requirements
* Worked as an administrator previously, engineering sector a huge advantage but not essential.
* Good PC skills and telephone manner.
* Computer literate.
* A self-motivated and innovative individual required.
* Ability to use initiative and excellent customer liaison skills required.
* Be able to plan, organise and manage your workload.
* Excellent communication skills.
