My client is a growing property consultancy that offers expert advice and help to clients to ensure improved processes and procedures are implemented.
They are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate with a RICs accredited degree to join their team.
The job of a Graduate Surveyor is:
* Competent to be able to independently undertake and deliver Technical Due Diligence and interim reports for development banks
* Able to review individual elements of a project at the Due Diligence Technical initial report stage and reviewing risk during the monitoring phase of the project.
* Able to co-ordinate Due Diligence Technical reports prepared by others and collate overall risk assessments for each individual element, taking into account the impact of separate elements on the overall project.
* Be client facing and be able to engage with clients on a regular basis to build relationships as part of a business development strategy.
* Represent the company in a professional and diligent manner at all times.
* Effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects.
* Pre-contract roles include undertaking feasibility studies and cost plans for various projects
* Due diligence of proposed developments
* Monitoring of development progress
* Managing financial risk
The experience required for the Graduate Surveyor job is:
* RICS accredited degree.
* Self-motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism.
* Determination to succeed.
* Confident liaising with different people.
* A practical understanding of property and business
* Ability to work in a team and independently.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Related work experience desired but not essential.
