Corporate Commercial Solicitor
My Client is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their Yorkshire, York offices.
My client is a respected accredited law firm with offices in York, Wetherby and Malton. You will be joining a firm that has seen a significant growth over the last few years and has a large share of the legal business in the local area.
The successful candidate will possess both corporate and commercial experience including:
• Acquisitions & Mergers
• Corporate Finance
• Joint Ventures
• Partnerships
• Company & LLP Formation & Compliance
• Commercial contracts
• Terms of Trade
• Understanding of linked areas such as employment, intellectual property and commercial property will be an advantage.
My client is seeking a solicitor who wants to develop their career, develop and take on good quality client relationships and improve technical and commercial skills further through working on a wide range of quality transactions.
Outstanding communication skills are essential in this role in order to build on our existing business and ensure strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
2 years PQE of relevant experience (but will consider anyone who can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for).
The successful candidate will also need to be very comfortable marketing their skills and the firm to accountants, corporate financiers, business transfer agents, lenders and clients alike.
