My Client a well established D&B contractor is seeking a strong Site Manager who has experience of Passivhaus projects to help deliver a GBP5M scheme form start to completion. The project is working on behalf of a repeat client requires a site manager with solid construction knowledge who also has experience of delivering Passivhaus projects form start to finish.
This project will be working to produce a near carbon neutral development using modern and new building methods and products to ensure that the plots delivered are as self sufficient and carbon-neutral as possible.
The role will involve managing the site on a day to day basis,
Manage H&S on site
Chair site progress and sub-contractor meetings
Weekly progress reports
Call of materials
Oversee Quality of work on site.
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid are all essential for this position alongside relevant project experience
