Brand Activation Manager - Contract
To start ASAP for 1 year contract
Location: London, E1
Pay: GBP17.50p/h - GBP18.75p/h
Mon - Fri 9.30-6.30/40hrs per week

What you'll be doing:
We are always working on new opportunities to bring great value to consumers whether they're shopping for groceries, convenience or getting a takeaway. In our FMCG team we work with some of the food and beverage industry's top suppliers (FMCGs) to drive the performance of their brands on our platform and deliver great experience and value to consumers.
The successful candidate will manage and drive growth as per agreed JBP targets for an FMCG partner. They will be the senior point of contact negotiating new JBPs and acquiring new partners and have at least 2 direct reports all working with a client base.
You must be comfortable liaising with senior managers in multinational corporations and ideally have experience either in FMCG, or managing major accounts. Exhibit proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external. Have at least 4 years' relevant experience and have management experience.
You'll need to be:
Analytical:
Create and maintain dashboards and databases reflecting partner FMCG key metrics.
Standardise reporting with client to create a usable 'source of truth'. Partner to create data-driven action list to drive growth.
Strong analytical abilities - able to translate data into insights and confidently present it back to partners
SQL literacy a plus.
Operationally savvy:
Be able to work cross functionally to generate promotions and activations for partner
Measure and evaluate all promotions to increase future ROI.
Have the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise accordingly.
Creative:
Constantly look for new opportunities for client and learn from past experience to drive positive results.
Willing to trial and error to find suitable outcomes.
Leadership:
Set the vision and goals for your team and help your direct reports to deliver them
Manage performance of your reports to drive the best results; act as a sounding board and support them through challenges they face
Be the "escalation point" for the team's supplier relationships, leaning in on challenging conversations
