Sphere Solutions are working with a Regional Contractor to recruit a permanent Site Manager, Paignton based. The role will be to build a single storey apartment block with traditional build methods. With a company ethos of quality and client delivery, this is a great opportunity to be part of a local team who can offer longevity of local work in South Devon.
The role:
* To manage sub- contractor and labour, working to programme and budget
* Ensure Health and Safety regulations are in place and met
* Liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure all is on track
* Liaise with the commercial and design teams to ensure the build is to cost and budget
The Person:
* Experience in contracting/house building up to GBP5m
* Traditional build methods build experience
* SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS Card
* Trade or HNC/degree qualified will be considered
* Good local supply chain knowledge
* Good IT skills
* Proactive approach
