The Role

Pinnacle Group are looking for an enthusiastic individual to carry out work with our various clients. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversees the day to day running of housing developments across the country. The successful candidate will establish and effectively lead a residential cleaning team, drive service excellence through service delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within all Health, Safety and Sustainability activities. It is essential for the Facilities Team Leader to have a proven track record within customer service as well as substantial facilities management expereince.

Duties/Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they provide the best possible customer service.
Supporting the FM team in the absence of the Contract Manager.
Monitors the performance of your direct reports conducting performance reviews and providing training and coaching where necessary.
Ensure the completion of regular audits within the customer areas.
Assist in the implementation and maintaining of a safety driven culture across the site.
The Ideal Candidate

Experienced in delivering facilities services.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Excellent relationship management abilities at all levels.
IT Literate
