Our client is recruiting up to 7 Client Liaison Coordinators to join their world class organisation. This opportunity to join a dynamic outbound customer facing sales team working closely with VIP clients.
Job Description:
* Responsible for driving success and service with warm contacts
* Following a clear process and working with the client and various departments
* Achieve a smooth sign on process for the customer
* Establish a good rapport and maintain relationships and act with integrity
* Working towards KPIs
Person Specification:
* Demonstrate a strong desire to deliver excellent customer service and a can-do attitude
* A knowledge of, or background in IT, beneficial.
* Good MS office skills
* Good communication skills both verbally and written required
* Attention to detail
Additional Information:
* Based in Leatherhead
* GBP25,000 - GBP30,000
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
* 20 days holiday plus bank holiday
* Pension (AE)
