The Schools Liaison and Events Co-ordinator will be part of the Marketing team
Do you love organising events and open days?
The Schools Liaison and Events Officers are responsible for organising all College events such as open days, award ceremonies, and graduations as well as representing the College at external events and in schools.
As well as that you will work with the wider team to grow the department to put on more events and increase the College presence at local schools with workshops and assemblies, from Primary through to Sixth Form.
It's a great role for an outgoing person who likes working in a marketing and events role
The post holder will inform and maintain a school strategy that will maximise applications and recruitment from schools within BANES, Wiltshire, Bristol, and Somerset. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining proactive and effective partnerships with all local schools delivering events to them at schools and at college, and ensuring potential students are given the opportunity to make a fully informed choice about their future. The post will also be key to helping the college to identify new opportunities based on prospective learner feedback as well as the feedback of local employers/ industry.
