Sales Area / Based: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary / Package: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000
Our clients are the leading manufacturers and suppliers of windows, doors, conservatories and curtain walling for the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire areas. Based in Lincoln, covering Newark, Sleaford, Grantham, Gainsborough and Horncastle, among other areas. Being the go-to name for trade and commercial projects for both supply and fit and supply only.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, placing gasket into Aluminium Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows. To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines.
• Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router and crimper. Provide Technical Support, to both the Aluminium Fabrication Team and the overall business. Assisting with incoming goods deliveries
• To ensure all Internal Maintenance is performed daily and reporting all Maintenance issues to the Line Manager. To ensure that Housekeeping is adhered to and maintained.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO US
- Previous experience in the Fenestration industry from Curtain walling, Aluminium Windows, Doors or Glazing (Desirable) within a fabricating role (Essential).
- Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively. Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner
- Enthusiastic, driven and ability to use your own initiative.
