Main Responsibilities
* Making calls and building relationships with existing customers and new customers
* Inbound calling, taking orders
* Data input onto CRM systems (Hubspot)
* Sales lead management getting tender opportunities to the right people
* Outbound calling
* Working as PA for the Director; answering emails, preparing quotes, talking to suppliers, scheduling work fir engineers
Knowledge & Experience
* 1 year minimum of operation experience in B2B telesales environment
* Professional and confident telephone manner
* Self-motivated approaching work with a mature, positive sales attitude
* Drive to succeed in a B2B sales environment
* Demonstrate the ability to consistently work towards and exceed expectations
* Proven track record in outbound telesales with excellent interpersonal skills
