Project Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a fast growing, forward thinking, Telecoms turnkey provider. You will play a pivotable role in supporting accurate planning, reporting and a smooth fibre build process.
Key Duties
* Create and distribute job packs
* Plan and prioritise daily activities
* Chase notices for closure
* Track permits
* Perform general Admin based duties, e.g., Looking at purchase orders
* Provide the Project Manager and key stakeholders with information regarding changes, delays, and mitigations
* Liaise with the Highways Authorities where appropriate
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience working within a similar role
* Familiar with working in a utility sector
* Effective and clear communication both oral and written
* Team player
