Recruitment Assistant

CMA HR Division is working with a reputable organisation based in Portsmouth, Hampshire to recruit an interim Recruitment Assistant to join their established team.

Based at their Head Office reporting into the Recruitment Manager, the interim Recruitment Assistant will support the recruitment strategy for the business.

What will the role involve?

Advertise new role, assist with administration and interview process;
Supporting hiring managers with vacancy campaigns and working with the local talent, promoting good relationships;
Assisting with the on-boarding process;
Attending career fares and open days, planning and co-ordinating;
Suitable Candidate:

Due to the nature of the organisation the role ideally requires someone who is experienced with high volumes of applications and has a positive attitude who will represent the strong values of the business;
Working alongside a well-established HR team this role will be supported by the wider function;
Applicants ideally require a strong background in recruitment or HR administration.
