FINTEC recruit is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a temporary duration, approximately 2 months, possibly longer with potential of becoming permanent with our engineering client based in Inverness. The hourly rate is GBP11.80 per hour, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. You will require to have electrical or electronic knowledge/skills to be able to competently carry out the workshop tasks.
Responsibilities:
Repairing and maintenance of electronic/electrical products
Log and booking in products into the workshop and carry out visual inspection
Testing, and changing of electrical components, rebuild and packing
Completing service repairs documentation and updating databases
Skills and Experience required for the Technician role:
Be familiar with electrical testing (insulation and continuity).
Be able to undertake Heavy lifting of large lighting products
Electrical or Electronics or electromechanical qualifications and experience of repair and servicing Full details available on application to apply please submit your current CV
