Electrical Maintenance Planner
We have been instructed to find an Electrical Maintenance Planner for one of our clients based in Partington, Manchester. The client manufacturers containerboard products used in the packaging industry and operate on a state-of-the-art facility. For this role, the Electrical Maintenance Planner will report to the Electrical Site Services Engineer.
The main responsibilities of the role???.
Planning of preventative & reactive maintenance
Upkeep of maintenance records
Use of the CMMS (Maximo) to deliver the maintenance work program
Risk assessment & method statement generation & approval
Allocation of resources including manning, spares & specialist tooling
Management of off-site repairs
Management of key electrical maintenance support contracts
Attending & chairing planning meetings
Working with the maintenance & production engineers to efficiently the allocate departmental resources
Supporting production and maintenance activities to reach Key Performance Indicators and other targets set
Help develop the long-term maintenance & outage plans
Apply legal norms and group policy in matters relating to Quality, Security, and Environment & Comply with Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations
Identify areas for investment modification & upgrade
Follow up & investigate repeat plant failures We are looking for???.
Formal L3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (HNC HND)
At least 5 years of experience in process maintenance operations
Excellent leadership skills
Good Microsoft Office software knowledge
Good level of Maximo PM knowledge
Process understanding and service-oriented
Good English, written and spoken
