Oakleaf are currently looking for a Business Partnership and Bed Management Lead to support our hospitals and services. We own and operate a number of hospitals and services across the UK ranging from Acute Mental Health, Residential Services, Supported Living and Acquired Brain Injury.

We are looking for someone to oversee the bed management of our services based in the Midlands, Norfolk and Berkshire areas. This will include liaising with commissioners, managers, hospital directors and senior members of staff.

The post holder will be responsible for maximising the effective and efficient utilisation of beds across our facilities and will incorporate elements of administration, marketing, and sales.

We are looking for an individual who enjoys working at a fast pace, can multi-task, adapt quickly to changing situations and remain calm and professional in demanding situations.

Must have excellent time management skills and an eye for detail. Will also be required to update our web developers of any changes needed to our websites.

Experience

* Must have experience of working to targets within a performance management framework.

* Previous experience in a health setting an advantage.

* Previous experience of developing and monitoring spreadsheets.

* Excellent IT skills including word and excel.

* Good knowledge of clinical terminology.
