Hague Personnel has an exciting job opportunity available for a Production Manager to join a prestigious manufacturing company based in Haslingden.
This is a great opportunity to join an award winning innovative manufacturer who excel in their industry.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Production Manager or Assistant Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. Experience working in the Automotive industry is highly desirable.
General duties to include but not limited to:
* Oversee and manage a small production team
* Ability to read and understand data packs
* Liaise with the sales team on orders
* To meet customer needs and production deadlines
* To work in accordance with the ERP system
* Produce quality panel vans to customer specification
* Oversee the department
* Authorise holidays / leave
* Identify training needs
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent
Core working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 7.30am - 2pm.
Annual Leave Entitlement: 23 days plus statutory bank holidays
Skills and experience required:
* Previous experience working as a Production Manager or an Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career
* Automotive Industry experience (highly desirable)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
* Personable and professional
* Strong communication skills
* ERP experience
* Able to identify training needs to ensure staff are fully trained in all aspects of their role
* Health and Safety - Able to promote and maintain a safe working environment
