Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a IT Support Officer located in Abergele on a temporary basis.
With an immediate start available, this role requires an individual who can provide professional first line hardware and software support service to all IT service users.
Hourly pay: GBP11.56
The Role:
- First point of contact for the IT department
- Respond to all types of IT related issues reported either via the telephone, live chat, informatics portal or in person effectively and efficiently
- Provide first line technical support, including the analysis & diagnosis of hardware and software problems to initiate the most appropriate corrective action
- Record accurately all type of IT related issues within the Service Desk's incident management tool. (ServicePoint)
- Responsible for providing a high level customer focused service
The Ideal Candidate:
- Educated to Diploma/HNC level or equivalent experience.
- Experience of providing IT support to Negotiated Service Level Agreements.
- Excellent IT skills
