Job Description
Divisional Duties
• To provide administrative support the Fleet Management team and Fleet Team and assisting with the day-to-day operation of a busy and diverse Office.
• Help managing admin mailbox.
• Keep up to date with news items and process updates as detailed on the ESL Intranet system.
• Filing of service sheets, MOT/plating/tacho certificates and logbooks and chase outstanding paperwork and documents.
• Working with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
• Arranging callouts which require immediate action.
• Book relevant tests for fuel trucks and tankers when required.
• Ensure all trucks are serviced to legal requirements.
• Planning and arranging equipment inspections.
• Guaranteeing everything is maintained to a satisfactory standard required to support the smooth operation of our business.
• Update and maintain MyFleet.
• Deal with fines, penalties, tolls and infringements.
• Ensure Company Tags are issued where required and the Fleet System reflects this.
• Issue all vehicles and company cars with fuel cards and update on Fleet System; renewals and requests to be sent out in a timely manner.
• Creating/deleting assets in the Myfleet management system.
• Shadowing members of the Fleet Team, to learn and develop your existing skills.
• Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
• Assist with Driverline calls when volumes peak.
• Deal with invoices/purchase order etc when required.
• To carry out other admin/compliance related tasks as required
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
Experience:
Administration related experience in a similar environment.
Compliance experience desirable but not required
