Senior Care Assistant - Competitive pay rate of GBP11.05 per hour
Shifts available from 7pm -7am plus other flexi shifts to suit
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join the team at Castle Dene, our specialist, frail elderly and dementia residential care home located on the outskirts of Bournemouth

Key duties for Senior Care Assistants include:
Identifying the needs and abilities of our residents and delivering person centred care at all times
Providing personal care and encouragement to all our residents
Supporting residents to remain as independent as possible
Working in a team to create a co-operative, friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the home
Our focus is our residents, clients and our people.
About you:
Social and outgoing with excellent communication skills
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Flexible in the hours you can work and able to work every other weekend
Able to work well within a team environment
Holder of a DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one
