Smart solutions are currently recruiting for 4 Accounts Administrators to support our client based in Bournemouth.
This is a 6-month Fixed term contract direct with the client, with possibility to extend dependant on requirements.
** HYBRID/WFH OPPORTUNITY ** This can be based on site in Bournemouth or as a Work from home position.
The hours & Pay rate:
* Monday to Friday
* Full OR Part Time hours available
* GBP22,133 per annum / GBP11.06 per hour
The Role:
* Matching invoices to delivery notes/payments
* Monitoring the account from start to finish
* Preparing finishing figures for the account
* Issuing credits/refunds where required
* Taking payments from customers
* Training provided, on site or via teams
Key Attributes:
* Excellent attention to detail & Accuracy
* Good time management
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Previous administration experience essential
* Previous accounts/finance administration desirable
