Clinical Lead
Location: Northampton Central - Closely to Northampton General Hospital
Salary: GBP22.00 per hour (GBP50,336 per annum)
Days only - 44 hours
Time Healthcare are currently searching for a Clinical Lead for a stunning assisted living service in Northampton. The site is located in central Northampton offering excellent transport links and free parking facilities; ideally located near Northampton General Hospital.
The company looking for a Clinical Lead are a large private sector company who have grown significantly over the past 12 months and are continuing to do so; with a local sister home in the local area there is lots of scope for development and progression having recently acquired a lot of assisted living facilities in east midlands.
Recently renovated the site is modern, well equipped with several lounges and a cinema alongside having bistro standard dining and restaurant facilities alongside being fully compliant with CQC; having high staff to patient ratio levels and a nurse qualified home manager who has been in the company for several years and has managed this home for some time.
Care categories include general nursing and respite care and is largely residential care with some residential dementia needs, the site is a largely assisted living facility which separates the residential care from its nursing care allowing clinical staff to focus on patient needs; with excellent staffing levels you will oversee a small nursing and residential team.
Working as an integra part of the senior management team; duties for the clinical lead role include:
*Prepare staffing rotas and off duty allocations
*Assist with marketing and visitors into the home
*Induction and recruitment of new staff
*Monitoring standards of care and promoting clinical excellence
*Care plan and medication auditing
*Training and development
*Risk assessment and safeguarding
