I have a great opportunity for a Social Media Manager / Social Media Specialist looking to join a team and take real ownership of all things social media. You will be innovative and enjoy being one step ahead, keeping up with the latest trends in social media. One of your favourite questions will be 'why' and you will have a curious mind, wanting to understand what people are trying to achieve from social, putting the target audience first. You will have great experience in working across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter (YouTube and Pinterest would be a bonus but not needed). You will be working on this client's in-house social media, helping them to implement their social media strategy and drive engagement. You will also be client-facing, helping clients to get the best out of their social media platforms. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of GBP27k - GBP30k (some flex) and will be 3 days a week onsite for the first 3 months and then 1 day a week long-term, but more if you wish. The Role
As Social Media Manager you will be developing social media strategies for the agency AND several of its clients. You will be advising clients on how best to use their social media channels, helping clients to strengthen existing channels and getting them started on TikTok. You will be strategic and enjoy making well-thought through recommendations as well as hands-on in developing content plans, scheduling, and posting content. If you enjoy being strategic as well as doing the do then this could be a great opportunity for you. You will enjoy using analytics and data to make well thought through recommendations to strategy. You don't need to be a creative as you will have access to a talented team, but if you want to be creating digital assets you absolutely can. You will be passionate about social and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends.

* Able to look at the analytics and make recommendations to improve strategy

This role is based in Leamington Spa and is easily commutable across Coventry, Stratford-upon-Avon, Banbury, and Birmingham to name a few.
