Mobile M&E Engineer - GBP35,000 - Southampton
We are looking for an experienced M&E Engineer to cover a mobile position covering Southampton
This position is working for a well-established building services company that deals with planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in Southampton.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background in building services maintenance. You will need to be able to do emergency lighting, pumps, fan coils, alarm test, water testing, plant room maintenance etc.
This is a mobile position so you be required to have a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
• Strong working background in M&E Maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Happy to travel in the South East (not London)
• Holding at least a level 2 mechanical or electrical qualification
• F GAS, 18th edition or Test and Inspect would be an advantage
• Good client skills
Package
• GBP35,000 Basic Salary.
• Travel time
• Pension
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
