Project Administrator
MDR Interiors has an exciting position available for a full-time Project Administrator based in Liverpool; L24 1YH.
The successful candidate will earn GBP21,000 which will be negotiable depending on experience.
Hours of work are 8:00am - 5:00pm and an immediate start is available.
Role Requirements
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident on Microsoft programs (Word & Excel)
* Experience using Microsoft projects is preferred but not essential
* Previous experience of administration in a construction background
* Enthusiastic attitude & approach to work
* Able to take responsibility and accountability for own workload
Role Responsibilities
* Assisting the contracts managers with daily tasks
* Managing purchase orders/invoices for all site labour
* Booking accommodation for site labour
* Collating information & putting onto excel documents
* Ordering materials & skips to site
* Working with the finance team on invoice queries
* Liaising with clients & suppliers to provide all-round support to live projects
