We are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative in the local area, this is a permanent and full time job with a base salary of up to GBP23,000, the opportunity to earn an extra GBP1,000 per year based on performance and comes with the opportunity to work overtime.
Also included are 29 days paid holiday per year (comprising four weeks standard holiday, 8 bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday).
You are going to need your own transport to be able to get to the yard in the morning from where you will travel to various sites across the area where you will be grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, brush cutting, leaf blowing and clearing litter as well as some landscaping tasks (planting and turfing) as required.
We are also recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader in this area which is paying upto GBP27,000 per year, plus opportunity for GBP1,000 extra a year based on performance, overtime and this role coming with a company van that can be used to get to and from the depot
