About the role
The role requires you to report to the Operations Manager, implementing Adecco business plans at branch level. Your tasks will include the following:
Establishing and directing branch activities through motivating and supporting the team.
Supervising, coaching and developing the team.
Monitoring staff performance and addressing areas that require development.
Ensuring clients are serviced and maintained through quality communication.
Evaluating, delivering, and monitoring relevant metrics for the branch to ensure business is properly controlled, financial reporting and risk management.
Identifying opportunities within the local recruitment market to minimise risks and maximise effectiveness.
Interpreting and implementing business strategy into clear, stimulating, and achievable business plans and targets.About you
You will have some experience of managing, coaching and developing a team for success. You should be empowered and be able to identify opportunities to grow your branch and implement strategic thinking. In addition, you should be comfortable with business development and recruitment and/or sales.
