Senior Site Manager Job in Hastings**
**A Senior Site Manager job is now available, working on a new build residential development in Hastings, East Sussex**
Our client is an established regional housebuilder who has been nominated as one of the best small companies to work for in the UK and has been approved as a 5* HBF housebuilder. Since the company was launched, they have always had the target of becoming bigger and better. At present, they employ over 200 employees with an annual turnover of GBP105m.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the delivery of the onsite construction operations
- Creating the Site Set up Plan and construction programme alongside the Contracts Manager
- Completing the weekly management reports that define the progress against programme
- Update the construction drawings to ensure that the best preparation is in place to maximise achievement
- Partake in regular inspections of site operations to ensure they are being conducted in the safest manner possible
- Plan and outline the correct NHBC and LABC inspections whilst accompanying the inspector on their visit.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- Previous experiences as a Senior Site Manager on large new build residential schemes
- An established track record in successful delivery of residential developments
- CSCS Black Card
- In date SMSTS
- Competent IT skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office/Excel/Asta
- Full UK driving license.
