We are now looking for an eCommerce Team Leader to provide brilliant guidance and leadership to our team in Wellingborough.
This role is available on a shift pattern working four on, four off, from 1pm to 11pm.

The Role
As an eCommerce Team Leader, you will support the effective running of our warehouse operation across our Wellingborough site.
Predominantly based within the e-Com and High Value operations, you will oversee the
safe handling of products through all inbound and outbound processes.
Providing strong leadership to the team, you will ensure company procedures are adhered to and operations run smoothly and safely.
Your role will also involve:
- Supporting employee relations including holiday requests, disciplinary etc.
- Ensuring all vehicles are loaded and unloaded using the correct equipment
- Ensuring all equipment checks are carried out in
- Providing MHE (Materials Handling Equipment) training and assessments
- Participating in H&S monitoring, reviewing processes and ensuring employees are trained
About You
To join us as an eCommerce Team Leader, you will need:
- Previous experience of leading a team in a fast-moving operation
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- A good understanding of both written and verbal English
- A good level of general education
Previous experience of working in a warehouse would be beneficial to your application, as would an awareness of manual handling techniques.
