Global organisation based in Cambridge are currently looking to recruit a receptionist / administrator to work full time 37.5 hours per week. This role is initially an ongoing temporary contract for a minimum of 18 months but could lead to a permanent position.
Duties to include:
- Answering the main enquiry telephone line and email address
- Managing deliveries, outgoing post, magazine subscriptions, stationary orders and office fruit supplies and delivery.
- Managing and updating internal phone list.
- Managing and routing of invoices internally.
- Undertaking administration of meetings including booking rooms, managing outlook, signing attendees in and organising catering.
- Administration including updating organisational charts,slides and distribution lists, updating staff holiday files, sending out group meeting invitations, arranging of hotels, transfers, collating menus selections for events as well as other general administration support.
Providing support to the marketing department including administration support for customer events, customer relationship management administration including updating of database, administration support associated with budget co-ordination, marketing campaign support including uploading of image and other files to website & digital reporting on social media views and post and courier arrangements
Successful candidate will have good administration and communication skills with experience of email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be efficient, have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Administration and /or reception experience is preferred.
