Are you a Maintenance Manager with experience in manufacturing environments looking for the opportunity to join an award-winning, market leading manufacturer as part of an international group.

They are now looking for someone to join the business who can help them to drive the business forward and continue to make improvements.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance for a busy and fast paced production department. You will work closely to reduce downtime as far as possible with an aim towards TPM whilst also ensuring health and safety procedures are followed. You will also be involved in continual improvements, budgeting, driving change and minimising wastage, improve quality and capacity.
This is the ideal role for someone with Maintenance Management experience within a manufacturing industry looking for an autonomous role with a growing manufacturer.
THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the Maintenance Department
*Driving changes and investment to ensure maximum productivity of the site
*Lean and continuous improvements
*Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to

*Maintenance Management experience
