Programme Support Analyst - Inside IR35

Currently recruiting a very exciting opportunity for a Programme Support Analyst/Controller to provide programme support, hybrid working in Warrington, Cheshire support with the following:

Support the Senior Project Manager in managing and delivering digital service/IT/Bus Change projects safely and to time, cost and quality requirements
Take ownership for digital product work packages under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager
Assist with developing and managing project documentation, ensuring governance and processes are followed, project financial management adhered to and assist with Health and Safety planning and activity
Manage internal resources and third party resources including scheduling contractors to ensure successful time outcomes are achieved Role will include the following activities:

Facilitate the progression of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Create and gain approval of the RACI in alignment with the Stakeholder Map.
Proactively support work streams in preparation for key milestone deliverables.
Seek opportunities to improve ways of working across the Inception team.
Collate document approvals and import relevant documentation in Teams & SharePoint.
Work in alignment with PMO ensuring any information and change is appropriately cascaded within the team.
Support management of the Inception mailbox ensuring all requests are captured and resolved.Skills Required:

Demonstrable track record of delivery of projects throughout the project life cycle in a supportive role to the Project Manager
Ability to influence decision makers and build effective relationships within Digital Services, the wider organisation and with external Third Party suppliers.
Able to engage in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and have the ability to change communication style to suit different situations
Flexibility and adaptability to respond rapidly to unexpected events, having the ability to develop creative solutions to problems and implement within the team.
Able to demonstrate own time management and workload interface planning.
A good understanding of different Project Management methodologies and the activities and timescales required to effectively deliver a project.
Good analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
Awareness of relevant legal requirements including Health and Safety, Data Protection and GDPR
