We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced finance assistant to join a finance team of 4 in a broad range of duties to support the Finance Manager and Finance Director.
The successful candidate will be seeking to undertake a hands on role whereby the duties and responsibilities will grow and progress with the ambition of the individual.
A good understanding of transactional processes will help to springboard your career within this excellent development opportunity within a business that is outstanding in its field.
Key duties will be:
Reconciling petty cash
Emptying vending machines, counting and reconciling cash
Reconciling foreign currency
Processing employee expenses
Purchase order tracking
Purchase invoice approvals
Processing of purchase invoices
Credit card statement analysis
Assistance with the annual statutory audit processes
Assistance with month end procedures
Ad-hoc tasks as required by the Financial Accountant and Finance Director
