Do you have previous experience as a Manager or other leadership position within Engineering?

In this role, you will manage several teams of Engineering staff, including Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Design teams. You role will involve the day to day running of departments, including staff reviews, and ensuring work is completed on time and to a correct standard.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership or management position within an Engineering field. No specific industry knowledge is required as training will be provided. It would be beneficial for candidates' to have knowledge or experience with design or CAD; however, this is not required.

*Previous experience with design or CAD is beneficial but not required
