GBP20,000-GBP24,000 dependent on experience
Monday - Thursday: 9:00-17:30, Friday: 9:00-16:00
A great opportunity for someone looking to join a local business in a sales support role.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES for the Sales Support Administrator:
Provide quotations to customers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants
Manage inbound sales and email requests regarding customer enquiries on products and services
Support in preparing design work for customers (no previous experience is necessary)
Liaise with customers on a regular basis, updating on their order or installation project
Track quotations by following up with customers and update on project status
Always provide a consistent and high level of customer service
Acquire detailed knowledge of products to effectively support customer queries
Ensure speedy response to each and every customer enquiry
This role will suit someone with confident communication skills and a passion for providing a first-class service. You must have good IT skills and show an interest in learning about the company products and services.
